Fall is here and we are kicking off the holiday season with the 2.0 edition of The Best Chefs You've Never Heard Of. This year we are featuring an all Female cast of Chefs (including our very own Rebekah Dickson!) and have added two mixologists to the evening. This all-women culinary experience, taking place Friday, November 16 at 6:00pm, will be Emceed by Seattle Met editor, Allecia Vermillion. All proceeds will be donated to Northwest Harvest, Washington's leading hunger relief agency.
Join Chef Joe Ritchie and his team for a Thanksgiving feast. Begin with family-style appetizers, then select your own entrée from roasted organic turkey breast to prim rib of beef to crispy duck breast and butternut squash ravioli.
