Ethan Stowell

Seattle-native Ethan Stowell is the CEO and founder of Ethan Stowell Restaurants. A multiple James Beard Award nominee for “Best Chef Northwest," his food philosophy revolves around simplicity.

Four Seasons takes pride in providing local, authentic experiences for our guests. Our partnership with Seattle's Ethan Stowell Restaurants combines Four Seasons service with Ethan's passion for simply prepared food with fresh, local ingredients.


JEFFREY HUNTER

Executive Sous Chef Jeffrey Hunter leads the culinary operation at Goldfinch Tavern. From Korea to Montana, Chef Jeffrey has been a Seattle resident since 2013, cooking at various luxury hotels and restaurants. He uses his past influences, as well as inspiration from local and seasonal ingredients, to create a memorable dining experience.


DANIELLE GROGAN

From the Bay Area in California to Washington D.C., Pastry Sous Chef Danielle Grogan has made Seattle home. Danielle’s works of art come to life through creative desserts for Goldfinch Tavern during weekend brunch, holiday dessert buffets, and custom-themed celebration amenities. Guests have come to know and love Chef Danielle’s nostalgic take on their favorite desserts, creating new memories with her combinations of flavors and unique presentation.
